Job summary

KST in Surabaya, East Java seeks an experienced Business Development / B2B Sales professional. You will identify and approach potential clients, build relationships with owners and decision makers, and drive opportunities from meetings to closing. Preference for IT solutions and managed services experience.

You will travel across East Java, manage the sales cycle independently, and coordinate with installation teams to hand over confirmed projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales in IT/tech/engineering or related industries.
• Proven hunting and acquiring new clients in IT/tech/engineering sectors.
• Strong network in East Java, especially Surabaya and surrounding areas.
• Ability to engage business owners and decision makers with effective communication and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B clients in retail, corporate, and manufacturing sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, decision makers, and local networks.
• Conduct client meetings and site surveys to understand requirements and opportunities.
• Prepare and present tailored commercial/technical proposals.
• Handle objections, negotiate, and drive opportunities to closing.
• Coordinate with channel partners such as interior designers and contractors.
• Manage sales pipeline from prospecting to closing and achieve targets.
• Ensure smooth handover of projects to technical/installation teams.
• Provide market insights on opportunities, needs, and competition in East Java.
