Job summary

Akulaku Indonesia seeks a seasoned Partnerships Manager to build and sustain relationships with business partners and stakeholders in Jakarta. You will collaborate with E-Commerce Operation, Business Development, and Legal teams to align strategies and ensure compliance with government authorities where necessary.

The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, cross-functional teamwork, and a proven ability to drive opportunities in BNPL/finance sectors.

Qualifications

5-10 years of work experience in E-Commerce, BNPL or financial services.
Bachelor's or Master's in business administration, marketing or related field.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin; English is a plus.
Strong communication and persuasive abilities; resourceful.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with multiple business partners and stakeholders to tap potential business opportunities.
Represent the company to liaise with government authorities for compliance if needed.
Collaborate with E-Commerce Operation, Business Development, Merchant Relationship Management, Legal and other XFN teams for alignment.
Work collaboratively and take charge as a leader when required.
Manage and support ad-hoc or urgent E-Commerce platform tasks with a strong sense of urgency.
