Job summary

PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia is seeking a Business Development professional to generate and acquire leads by targeting key brands and merchants. You will manage onboarding for new merchants, conduct market research, and provide actionable insights to support rapid expansion.

The role focuses on building and maintaining merchant relationships, driving GMV, and negotiating long-term partnerships with key brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Account Executive, Brand Acquisition, or similar roles in e-commerce, retail, or FMCG industries.

Responsibilities

• Generate and acquire leads by targeting key brands and merchants through market intelligence.
• Manage and incubate newly onboarded merchants to achieve expected GMV.
• Conduct local market and competitive research and provide actionable insights to support rapid expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant accounts to drive retention and partnership growth.
• Ensure smooth onboarding by collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.
• Negotiate and build long-term partnerships with merchants and brands.
