Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Lead Document Controller in Indonesia to govern information management for a major RKEF nickel smelter expansion in Sulawesi. You will manage document control, records, and handover documentation, coordinating with EPC contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely reviews.

The role requires overseeing the Project Document Control System, establishing procedures, and ensuring traceability and integrity of project information throughout

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of document control experience on major capital projects.
• Experience in engineering and construction environments.
• Proven track record in leading document control teams and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Govern project document control and information management across the lifecycle.
• Oversee documentation from engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Lead the PMC document control function and train project personnel.
