Job summary

You will coordinate across departments to apply numbering, tagging, and control procedures. You'll monitor document control processes, ensure timely dossiers for operations, and provide guidance on policies to maintain data security and traceability.

Responsibilities

• 1. Manage and oversee documents for a project or organization, ensuring accuracy and retention policies are followed.
• 2. Collect, scan and upload documents and register reports, drawings and blueprints in electronic systems.
• 3. Coordinate across departments to establish numbering, tagging and tooling for engineering documentation.
• 4. Monitor the document control process and align with engineering review procedures.
• 5. Ensure dossiers are prepared, tracked, and not overdue; manage DFO status.
• 6. Advise on application of document control policies and maintain traceability.
