Job summary

OSI Electronics in Batam, Indonesia, is seeking an SMT line operator to prepare lines for project runs, set up line conversions, and drive output targets. You will work in a fast-paced production environment across rotating shifts and maintain strict quality standards.

The ideal candidate has proven experience with SMT machines, basic technical skills, and a hands-on approach to maintenance and tuning to achieve good quality.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in SMT machine.
• Have basic technical skills.
• Experience on basic SMT process and quality.
• Experience SMT Machine maintenance.
• Experience SMT program balancing & Fine tuning.

Responsibilities

• Prepare line for project run.
• Setup line conversion
• Work with team to get production output target.
• Work with team to get quality yield target.
• Perform machine fine tuning and efficiency.
• Perform machine maintenance.
• Perform Line tidy up and 6S.
• Familiar with SMT machines operation and maintenance
• Familiar with SMT component types
• Able to finetune SMT machine to get good quality.
• Able to work with team to fix production issue.
• Able to communicate with superior to escape that problem can’t settle and get support.
• Able to work rolling 3 shifts.
• Strict attention to detail.
