Job summary

PT SOFLOGIC TECHNOLOGIES INDONESIA is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing lead to oversee end-to-end marketing operations, including social media, video content, branding collateral, and e-commerce presence on Shopee and Tokopedia. You will head the creative team and partner with Sales and Management to accelerate growth.

You will drive marketing strategy, brand identity, content planning, and paid campaigns while coordinating with IT for UI/UX enhancements and ERP/tool setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, with at least 5-10 years in a Managerial or Lead role (Head of Marketing / Digital Marketing Lead).
• Proven track record in managing E-Commerce Official Stores (Shopee Mall & Tokopedia) and Paid Advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Marketplace Ads).
• Hands-on familiarity with website UI/UX planning, SEO basics, and digital tools (Odoo ERP, Google Workspace, GMaps).
• Strong background in brand development, video content oversight, and collateral creation (Compro, PPT, Packaging).
• Strong leadership, data-driven mindset, excellent communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall marketing strategy, brand identity, and campaign execution aligned with company revenue goals.
• Oversee content planning, copywriting, design approvals, video shoots, and paid social media ads.
• Drive store growth on Shopee & Tokopedia Official Stores (monthly campaigns, pricing, listings, TopAds/Shopee Ads).
• Plan website UI/UX enhancements, product categorization (Lv1–Lv4 taxonomy), and feature requests with the IT/Tech team.
• Create high-impact branding materials (Company Profile, pitch decks, sales enablement collateral, and product packaging).
• Act as primary setup lead for marketing tools & systems (Odoo ERP modules, Google Workspace/GMaps).
• Manage product training documentation for service center teams and government/institutional projects (e.g., Kemensos).
