Noraa & Co. is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer in Jakarta to play a critical role in enhancing deployment automation and infrastructure reliability. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in DevOps and a strong understanding of Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes. You will collaborate with engineering teams to improve system monitoring and production stability.

Qualifications

Strong hands‑on experience in DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, or infrastructure engineering.
Experience with Linux, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, scripting, and infrastructure automation.
Strong troubleshooting capability in production environments.

Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operational workflows.
Improve system monitoring, alerting, observability, and incident response.
Support production stability and reduce deployment risks.
Work with cloud, container, orchestration, Linux, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
Partner with software engineers to improve release quality and delivery speed.
