Job summary

Aliz is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer in Indonesia to design, implement, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud. You will automate deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications and help migrate clients’ IT infrastructures to Google Cloud.

You will work with a team of experienced GCP developers and Big Data experts, enjoying hybrid work options and ongoing learning opportunities to advance cloud capabilities and foster excellence across projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of DevOps experience, with at least 2 years in a cloud environment.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI tools to build software solutions.
• Familiarity with containers, Terraform, scripting, CI/CD, and microservice architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud services, Linux, security, networking, and Kubernetes.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

Aliz is a global solution provider for the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) focusing on Europe and Asia. We are building scalable applications, IT infrastructures, Big Data, and machine learning solutions as a certified Google partner. We have offices in Budapest, Singapore, Berlin, and Jakarta.

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer colleague in Indonesia who will create an amazing experience for our customers as they build and maintain solutions in the Google Cloud.

This role will suit you, if you

• are enthusiastic about Infrastructure as Code.
• know what SRE is.

You will be responsible for

• implementing and managing cloud infrastructure based on GCP.
• migrating our clients’ IT infrastructure to the Google Cloud.
• automating deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications.
• having a deep understanding of GCP solutions and keeping up-to-date with what’s new in the cloud.

You will need

• a minimum of 4 years’ devops experience, of which 2 year is in a cloud environment.
• have hands-on, up-to-date knowledge in using agentic AI tools to build software solutions.
• familiarity with containerization, Terraform, scripting languages, CI/CD, and microservice architectures.
• familiarity with cloud services, Linux, security, networking, and Kubernetes.
• a comprehensive systems approach.
• a learning attitude.
• good communication skills in English.

It would be nice if you also have

• experience with GCP.
• some knowledge of AWS, Azure, or OpenStack is a plus.
