Job summary

Mubadala Energy is seeking a Senior Drilling Engineer in Indonesia to coordinate and execute deepwater well construction activities. You will interface with Drilling, Subsurface and Project teams to ensure objectives are met within safety, schedule and budget constraints.

Responsibilities include planning, risk assessment, and coordinating with contractors to deliver Offshore operations while maintaining strong HSSE compliance and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mandatory).
• 15+ years of relevant experience, incl 10+ years offshore drilling/ subsea. Offshore supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure integration of D&C well construction activities within project scope and standards.
• Promote safety culture and adherence to HSSE policies.
• Develop detailed schedule of Drilling interface with other functions.
• Communicate across Drilling, Subsurface, Project and Operations teams.
• Lead delivery of CLS, IWOCS and ROV requirements with SPS interface.
