Job summary

PT Bank DBS Indonesia is seeking a Senior Associate, Data Scientist Campaign Management to leverage data, analytics, and predictive modeling to improve campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and business outcomes. You will help identify target customers and generate actionable insights to optimize marketing performance.

The role covers end-to-end campaign planning, predictive modeling (propensity to buy/churn, CLV, NBO), customer segmentation, and evaluation of model performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Statistics or Data Science.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience with analytics and ML workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer segmentation frameworks based on behavior, demographics, transaction patterns, and product holdings.
• Identify optimal Campaign channels to maximize revenue and Customer Engagement
• Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities for Acquisition, Cross-Sell, Up-sell, Retention, and Reactivation Campaigns.
• Generate actionable insights to support business and marketing strategies.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution across multiple products, channels, and customer segments.
• Translate business requirements into campaign logic, target criteria, and execution plans.
• Prepare campaign schedules and coordinate deployment timelines.
• Ensure campaign activities are executed accurately and within SLAs.
• Build and maintain predictive models such as Propensity-to-Buy, Propensity-to-Churn, NBO, CLV, and uplift models.
• Continuously monitor model performance and recommend enhancements.
