Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd in Jakarta Pusat is seeking a Data Scientist to drive Campaign Management using data, analytics, and predictive modeling to improve campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and business outcomes.

The role covers customer analytics, segmentation, campaign planning and execution, and development of models such as Propensity-to-Buy, CLV, and NBO. You will work with Python, SQL, and visualization tools to support strategic marketing decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Statistics or Data Science.
Experience with customer analytics, segmentation and predictive modeling is a plus.
Strong programming and analytics skills including Python and SQL.

Responsibilities

Develop customer segmentation frameworks based on behavior, demographics, transaction patterns, and product holdings.
Identify optimal Campaign channels to maximize revenue and Customer Engagement
Analyze customer journeys and identify opportunities for Acquisition, Cross-Sell, Up-sell, Retention, and Reactivation Campaigns.
Generate actionable insights to support business and marketing strategies.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution across multiple products, channels, and customer segments.
Translate business requirements into campaign logic, target criteria, and execution plans.
Prepare campaign schedules and coordinate deployment timelines.
Ensure campaign activities are executed accurately and within SLAs.
