Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a Data Center Technical Director in Jakarta Selatan to oversee engineering integrity, solution design, and technical governance for large-scale data center projects.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage technical risks, and ensure compliance with international standards (TCCF, Uptime Tier) while driving bidding and delivery from pre-sales to commissioning on complex deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant engineering discipline.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in data center design or mission-critical facilities.
• Experience managing pre-sales and post-sales delivery for large data center projects (500+ racks preferred).
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure (PDU, UPS, HVAC, modular data centers).
• Familiar with commissioning, testing, and standards (TCCF, Uptime).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours when needed.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of technical solutions, engineering designs, and BOQs for large-scale data centers.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to review designs and ensure consistency across execution.
• Act as primary technical authority in pre-sales solution design and bid support.
• Provide technical leadership during project implementation and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with international data center standards and QA processes.
• Collaborate with global teams to localize enterprise infrastructure solutions.
• Support suppliers and project teams through construction and commissioning lifecycle.
• Drive continuous technical improvement and operational reliability.
