Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia (Matcha Talent) seeks a Data Center Project & Technical Director in Jakarta Selatan to lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale data center projects, ensuring technical integrity and on-time performance.

The role combines technical design authority with project leadership, coordinating engineering disciplines, EPC/EPCM teams, suppliers, and customers to translate bid designs into successful on-site execution and commercial results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Professional project management certification such as PMP, PgMP or PRINCE2 is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills required.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• English fluency is mandatory for collaboration with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and solution architecture for large-scale data center projects.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery from initiation to handover, including planning, risk and change management.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations.
• Mentor site teams, resolve critical technical issues during construction and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with data center standards (Uptime Tier, ASHRAE, HSE/HSEQ) and local regulations.
