Job summary

Shopee in Indonesia is seeking a data analytics professional to design indicators systems, build automated dashboards, and develop analytical frameworks for monitoring product and performance metrics. You will analyze data fluctuations, perform deep-dive analyses, and guide data-driven decision making by structuring and executing analyses for product and performance areas.

Additionally, you will design A/B test evaluation strategies and provide insights to PM and Algo teams to improve features

• Design Indicators System: Define key metrics and build automated dashboards and analytical frameworks
• Analyze Data Fluctuations: Monitor key metrics and conduct deep-dive analysis on specific issues to identify underlying drivers
• Make Data-driven Decisions: Data-driven decision-making by identifying, structuring, and executing product and performance analyses
• A/B Test Evaluation: Design A/B experiment evaluation strategy and indicator matrix to evaluate the effect of the experiments
• Data Management: Provide recommendations for data quality, accuracy, and efficiency of data in e-commerce, ads, and content
• Analyze business and algorithm influence and give insights to PM and Algo teams to improve features and models
