Job summary

PT. TJUFOO SUKSES GLOBAL in Indonesia seeks a Data Analyst to turn stock, sales, and inventory data into actionable insights for business decisions.

You will collect and clean data from multiple channels, build routine reports in Excel/Google Sheets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve stock planning and promotions.

A strong eye for detail and experience with dashboards is required; familiarity with Power BI or SQL is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, business, information systems, or related fields.
• 1-2 years experience as Data Analyst or similar in retail or e-commerce.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Experience with retail, sales, inventory, or e-commerce data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with good numerical and data interpretation skills.

Analyze retail and product stock data to provide actionable insights for business and operational decisions.

Collect, clean, consolidate, and maintain data from sales, inventory, marketplace, and other business channels.

Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

Conduct data analysis to support stock planning, demand forecasting, product assortment, and promotional activities.

Work closely with E-commerce, Sales, Merchandising, Inventory, Marketing, and Finance teams to provide relevant data and insights.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and business dashboards.

Develop automated or efficient reporting processes to reduce manual work and improve reporting accuracy.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Information Systems, or related fields.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably in retail or e-commerce.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and data analysis functions.

Experience handling and analyzing retail, sales, inventory, or e-commerce data.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented with good numerical and data interpretation skills.

Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, SQL, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
