Job summary

MR.D.I.Y. Indonesia in Jakarta is seeking a Customs Clearance Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in our port-area logistics team. You will supervise staff, review documents, ensure accurate handling charges and duties, and ensure compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in customs clearance (PPJK), strong English, and a brokerage license preferred. You will join a growing retail group with opportunities to optimize processes and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• At least 5 years of experience as Custom Clearance or PPJK.
• Experience in customs clearance at port area.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Customs brokerage license preferred.
• Willing to have offline interview at head office.

Responsibilities

• Supervising employees during day to day task
• Review paperwork and documents to ensure handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly
• Regulatory and Legislation, know hot in terms of customs operations
• Develop and manage the department budget
• Analyze and develop SOP
