Job summary

PT Topworld Desen Global is seeking a Customs Clearance Supervisor in Jakarta to oversee daily import/export clearance operations. You will ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance, coordinating with Bea Cukai, EMKL, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clients to resolve issues efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in customs clearance and supervisory experience, with strong knowledge of Indonesian regulations and excellent leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Customs, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in customs clearance/import-export, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and import/export procedures.
• Experienced in handling customs documentation, shipment clearance, and customs-related issues.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• English proficiency required; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily customs clearance operations for import and export shipments
• Ensure all customs documentation and declarations are accurate and compliant with regulations
• Coordinate with Bea Cukai, EMKL, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clients
• Monitor shipment clearance status and ensure timely cargo release
• Handle and resolve customs-related issues, including document discrepancies and customs inspections
• Supervise the customs clearance team and ensure smooth daily operations
• Monitor customs duties, taxes, and related costs
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and company procedures
