Job summary

Avery Dennison Corporation in Indonesia is seeking a customer service professional to manage order processing, follow-up, and on-time deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations across the supply chain.

You will promote the MyAD Portal and EDI, respond to inquiries via email and phone, provide product and quality information, capture Voice of Customers to the Sales Force system, and support sample handling and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• 2+ years experience in customer service.
• Experience handling customer inquiries via email & phone.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Self-initiated and able to meet deadlines.
• Team player and service-minded

Responsibilities

• Process orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide product and quality information to customers.
• Promote MyAD Portal and EDI to customers.
• Capture Voice of Customers (VOC) and update Sales Force.
• Handle sample requests and compliance inquiries.
• Coordinate aging samples, slow-move inventory, and write-offs.
• Attend process-improvement meetings.
• Perform other admin/non-direct sales tasks as needed
