Qualifications

• Minimum S1 qualification (bachelor’s degree) in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of CSR/Community Development experience.
• Experience in industrial zones or environments with stakeholder complexity.
• Experience in social mapping, stakeholder mapping, and community needs assessment.
• Understanding of PROPER, social risk management, and community empowerment.

Responsibilities

• Develop CSR and Community Development strategies and programs based on social mapping, community needs assessment, and company direction.
• Manage CSR programs end-to-end from assessment to evaluation.
• Engage stakeholders and manage community relations; mitigate social and reputational risks.
