Job summary
Annexion Partners is seeking a Senior BMS Manager with extensive data centre experience to lead BMS/CCCS design, validation and optimization across new and existing facilities.
You will drive reliability, automation and energy efficiency while coordinating with mechanical, electrical, and security teams to maintain critical infrastructure. This senior role offers strategic influence and hands-on leadership in a growing data centre platform.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
- 5–7 years of data centre experience.
- Strong knowledge of BMS/CCCS and critical facility systems.
- Experience with CMMS, DCIM, ERP, and Microsoft BI.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, architecture, and validation of BMS/CCCS systems.
- Review control sequences, setpoints, and system behaviours.
- Drive reliability, automation, energy efficiency, and monitoring.
- Manage BMS upgrades, firmware, and lifecycle replacements.
- Oversee preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance.
- Support capacity loading, asset management, and planning.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and security teams.
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex issues.
- Ensure OT cybersecurity and network segmentation compliance.
- Explore data analytics and AI for predictive maintenance.
