Job summary

Tripledot Studios Limited is seeking a Creative Producer to translate creative direction into high-quality UA creatives. You will own day-to-day production across Motion, Playable, and Art, manage priorities, timelines, and team capacity, and collaborate with the Lead Creative Producer to build scalable workflows.

The role requires 5+ years in creative production or related fields, strong coordination across disciplines, excellent time management, and keen creative judgment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative production or similar roles.
• Experience coordinating Motion, Art, Design or Development.
• Strong project, time management and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Detail-oriented with ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day production of in-house UA creatives, turning creative direction into clear briefs and executable tasks.
• Coordinate Motion Designers, Playable Developers, and Artists, assigning work based on priorities, skills, and capacity.
• Own production schedules, priorities, and capacity planning, ensuring creative work is delivered on time and to the required quality.
• Develop and pitch original creative concepts, while iterating on existing ideas based on creative feedback and performance.
• Provide practical creative feedback that helps the team strengthen ideas and improve execution.
• Proactively identify and resolve production blockers, keeping projects moving smoothly from brief to final asset.
• Build and improve production processes, workflows, and systems that enable the team to scale creative output efficiently.
• Partner with the Lead Creative Producer to align on creative direction and translate broader concepts into effective execution.
