Tripledot Studios Limited is seeking a Motion Designer to craft high-impact video ads for mobile games. You’ll convert concepts and gameplay into engaging videos, test hooks, and collaborate with the Creative team to iterate quickly at scale.

The role requires 3+ years in motion design, strong After Effects/Premiere Pro skills, and comfort with game assets. The position offers hybrid working with global remote days and healthy benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Motion Designer, preferably in mobile, game or digital advertising.
• Strong sense of motion, composition, pacing and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro; familiarity with Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Experience using gameplay footage, UI assets, and game art for video creatives.
• Willingness to explore AI tools and new workflows to improve production.
• Ability to work quickly, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Open to feedback and iterative improvement based on testing results.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-volume, high-quality video ads for mobile game marketing campaigns.
• Build and iterate video ads from concepts, briefs and gameplay footage.
• Work across gameplay, UI, motion graphics, transitions, and animation to create engaging creatives.
• Create multiple variations for testing and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with Creative Producers to refine ideas through execution.
• Adapt assets and work with 2D/Playable teams to bring concepts to life.
• Balance speed, experimentation and visual quality within timelines.
