Job summary

Tripledot Studios Limited is seeking a Creative Producer to translate creative direction into high-quality UA creatives across Motion, Playable, and Art. You will manage day-to-day production, priorities, and team capacity, while contributing ideas and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

Working closely with the Lead Creative Producer, you’ll help optimize workflows to enable the team to produce more, faster, and better, guiding multi-disciplinary teams and maintaining strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative production, project management, or a similar role, ideally within gaming, mobile apps, advertising, or digital creative.
• Proven experience coordinating multiple creative disciplines or contributors, such as Motion, Art, Design, or Development.
• Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and dependencies simultaneously.
• Strong creative judgement and ideation skills, with the ability to develop, pitch, and refine creative concepts.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivery.
• Able to give clear, practical creative feedback and help others improve their execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to brief teams clearly and keep everyone aligned.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day production of in-house UA creatives, turning creative direction into clear briefs and executable tasks.
• Coordinate Motion Designers, Playable Developers, and Artists, assigning work based on priorities, skills, and capacity.
• Own production schedules, priorities, and capacity planning, ensuring creative work is delivered on time and to the required quality.
• Develop and pitch original creative concepts, while iterating on existing ideas based on creative feedback and performance.
• Provide practical creative feedback that helps the team strengthen ideas and improve execution.
• Proactively identify and resolve production blockers, keeping projects moving smoothly from brief to final asset.
• Build and improve production processes, workflows, and systems that enable the team to scale creative output efficiently.
• Partner with the Lead Creative Producer to align on creative direction and translate broader concepts into effective execution.

Role Overview

As a Creative Producer, you’ll turn creative direction into high-quality UA creatives by owning day-to-day production across Motion, Playable, and Art. You’ll manage priorities, timelines, and team capacity while providing creative input, pitching your own ideas, and helping the team turn concepts into strong executions. Working closely with the Lead Creative Producer, you’ll also help build scalable workflows that enable the team to produce more, faster, and better.
