Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, art & photography, digital media, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Content Creator, UGC Creator, TikTok Creator, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and content performance.
• Ability to brief and ideate creatively, with TikTok/Instagram as key platforms.
• Experience managing or leading content creators or a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and big ideas for brand campaigns from ideation through execution.
• Create content direction aligned with campaign objectives across social media, UGC, and influencer content.
• Manage UGC team, including briefing, direction, feedback, and evaluation.
• Develop clear briefs that translate ideas into authentic content, not overly promotional.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Social Media, and Influencer teams to ensure consistency.
