Scarlett Indonesia is seeking a creative Graphic Designer/Video Editor to craft engaging content for TikTok, Instagram and digital marketing. You will design graphics and edit videos with strong hooks and storytelling, focusing on skincare education, testimonials and promotions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any major.
1-3 years in Graphic Design, Video Editing, or related roles.
Proficient with CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels styles.
Familiar with CTR, Hook Rate, VTR, Engagement and Conversion metrics.
Strong visual design, storytelling, typography, pacing and audio selection.
Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume content environment with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Design and produce graphic and video content for TikTok, Instagram, Meta Ads, websites and digital channels.
Develop high-performing creatives with strong hooks, storytelling and CTAs.
Create skincare education content, testimonials, promotions and product benefits.
Develop multiple creative variations to test hooks, angles, offers and formats.
Monitor trends on TikTok and Instagram and adapt them to Scarlett Skin Clinic creatives.
