Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required.
• 1+ year experience in beauty/UGC content preferred.
• 1+ year experience creating UGC content and shooting/editing videos.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, potentially viral UGC and short-form video content.
• Independently develop ideas, hooks, angles, and storytelling from ideation to publish.
• Take ownership of end-to-end content creation process.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera with natural delivery.
• Experiment with hooks, angles, formats, pacing, and storytelling approaches.
• Turn simple ideas and trends into relatable content.
• Stay updated with trends and emerging formats to generate fresh ideas.
• Maintain creative quality and content taste.
