Techconnect.id is seeking a Corporate & Project Strategy leader to define the 'where to play' across major sectors and translate ambitions into market strategies, architectures, and delivery frameworks.

Reporting to the Group CEO, you will drive value realization across engagements, align with executive priorities, and lead cross-sector governance to ensure coherent portfolio decisions and successful strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in general management, management consulting, and deal advisory
• A degree in business or a related field preferred
• Excellent financial modeling, communication, and presentation skills for executives
• The ability to collect and analyze data, assess problems, and structure solutions
• Strong time management and the ability to stick to tight deadlines
• Self-awareness and ability to assess personal performance
• Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic plans
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and building relationships
• Demonstrated ability to drive digital transformation initiatives
• Relationship-building expertise with a focus on collaboration and alignment
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead market analysis and 'where to play' decisions across Heavy Industries, Financial Services, and Enterprise sectors
• Translate business ambitions into sector-specific market strategies, solution architectures, and delivery frameworks
• Design the solution architecture and delivery framework & implementation strategy for each sector
• Drive value realization tracking across all strategic engagements
• Align sector strategy with Group CEO direction and BU priorities
• Govern cross-sector strategic coherence and investment prioritization, promoting solution reuse
