Job summary

Techconnect in Jakarta is seeking a Strategic Project Management Senior Specialist to drive performance management, resourcing, and financial controls across projects. You will work with sector and corporate stakeholders to optimize reporting, capacity planning, and risk management.

You will analyze data, govern timesheets, support NDA/MSA/SOW execution with Legal, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and strong partner relationships.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, PMO, business operations or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Familiarity with AR/AP, cash flow and forecasting concepts.
• Experience with legal agreements (NDA, MSA, SOW) and risk management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the framework for tracking project performance, workforce utilization, and financial health.
• Support workforce planning by aligning resource allocation with business priorities and forecasts.
• Analyze operational and financial data to surface actionable insights for decision-making.
• Administer resource allocation and timesheet governance, ensuring policy compliance.
• Support development, negotiation, and execution of key legal agreements (NDA, MSA, SOW).
• Support AR/AP activities to maintain financial accuracy and cash flow.
• Assist with vendor management, market scanning, evaluation, and relationship management.
