TechConnect in Indonesia seeks a seasoned Corporate & Project Strategy leader to define the ‘where to play’ across Heavy Industries, Financial Services and Enterprise sectors. You will translate ambitions into sector‑specific market strategies, solution architectures and delivery frameworks that drive measurable value realization.

Reporting to the Head of Business Unit, you will align sector strategy with executive direction, design scalable delivery mechanisms, and drive value realization

Qualifications

• 10+ years in general management, consulting, and deal advisory.
• Degree in business or a related field preferred.
• Excellent financial modeling, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to collect and analyze data, assess problems, and structure solutions.
• Strong time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Self‑awareness and ability to assess personal performance.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic plans.
• Strong leadership with cross‑functional team experience and relationship building.
• Demonstrated ability to drive digital transformation initiatives.

• Lead market analysis and ‘where to play’ decisions across Heavy Industries, Financial Services, and Enterprise sectors.
• Translate business ambitions into sector‑specific market strategies, solution architectures, and delivery frameworks that drive measurable value realization.
• Design the solution architecture and delivery framework & implementation strategy for each sector, ensuring scalable and repeatable value delivery.
• Drive value realization tracking across all strategic engagements, ensuring initiatives convert from pipeline to signed, on‑time, value‑generating engagements.
• Align sector strategy with Group CEO direction and BU commercial priorities, partnering closely with the Group CEO & BU Leadership Team, sector leads, and external clients and partners.
• Govern cross‑sector strategic coherence and investment prioritization, promoting solution reuse and coherent portfolio decisions across all sectors.
• Success in this role is measured through the strategic initiative conversion rate and on‑time delivery of sector roadmaps.

The Corporate & Project Strategy will define the ‘where to play’, translating business ambitions into sector-specific market strategies, solution architectures, and delivery frameworks that drive measurable value realization. Reporting to the Head of Business Unit and supervising the Corporate & Project Strategy Leads per sector, you are expected to do:

• Lead market analysis and ‘where to play’ decisions across Heavy Industries, Financial Services, and Enterprise sectors.
• Translate business ambitions into sector‑specific market strategies, solution architectures, and delivery frameworks that drive measurable value realization.
• Design the solution architecture and delivery framework & implementation strategy for each sector, ensuring scalable and repeatable value delivery.
• Drive value realization tracking across all strategic engagements, ensuring initiatives convert from pipeline to signed, on‑time, value‑generating engagements.
• Align sector strategy with Group CEO direction and BU commercial priorities, partnering closely with the Group CEO & BU Leadership Team, sector leads (Product Owner, Commercial), and external clients and partners.
• Govern cross‑sector strategic coherence and investment prioritization, promoting solution reuse and coherent portfolio decisions across all sectors.
• Success in this role is measured through the strategic initiative conversion rate (pipeline to signed engagement), on‑time delivery of sector strategy roadmaps, value realization score across delivered engagements, and cross‑sector solution reuse rate.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in general management, management consulting, and deal advisory
• A degree in business or a related field preferred
