Job summary

PT Tatamulia Nusantara Indah is seeking a Senior Project Planning & Scheduler to lead the development and upkeep of detailed construction schedules in Denpasar. You will coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders to align milestones with available resources and project goals.

The role requires at least 2 years in a similar position, strong analytical skills, and hands-on experience with MS Project or Primavera.

Qualifications

Strong planning and project scheduling abilities with experience creating and maintaining detailed construction schedules.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in project control: monitoring progress, tracking variances, implementing corrective actions.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, assess risks, and support informed decisions.
Effective communication to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present schedule updates.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for construction projects in Denpasar.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders to align schedules with objectives, milestones, and resources.
Analyze progress, identify schedule risks, and prepare reports with corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Manage project control tools and ensure accurate documentation of schedule changes.
Support decision-making with timely, data-driven insights and clear communication.
