Job summary

PT Decorient Partaya Indonesia is seeking a Senior Scheduler in Jakarta to develop, maintain, and update the master project schedule using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

You will track progress, identify variances, and report schedule risks, coordinating with Project Managers, Site Teams, and other departments to ensure alignment. Strong CPM knowledge and resource planning are essential, along with excellent analytics and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in scheduling within construction or EPC projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of project planning, CPM, and resource allocation.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update the master project schedule using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Track project progress, identify variances, and report potential schedule risks.
• Analyze project performance and recommend corrective actions when delays occur.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Teams, and related departments to ensure schedule alignment.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to management.
