Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Scheduler in Batam, Indonesia. The role involves maintaining project schedules and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely completion of complex construction projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex construction projects, preferably with Data Center experience.
• Strong understanding of project control procedures and mitigation plans.
• Ability to prepare internal and external progress reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor the master plan schedule.
• Review contractor's submitted schedule and make recommendations.
• Prepare regular internal/external progress reports.
• Verify project data and assess contractor extension claims.

Skills

5+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling

Proficiency in Primavera P6

Experience in coordinating multiple sources of schedule performance data

Ability to develop good working relationships

Tenacity and drive to create solutions
