Job summary

PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is assisting a Japanese company, a wooden door manufacturer, by hiring a Compliance Manager for placement in Krian, Sidoarjo East Java. The role focuses on developing a comprehensive compliance program, monitoring regulatory changes, and managing licenses and certifications.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of compliance experience, with strong knowledge of OSS systems and IMS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Compliance, Licensing, Regulatory Affairs, or a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of Risk-Based OSS System and corporate licensing/certification requirements applicable to business operations.
• Comprehensive understanding of Integrated Management Systems (IMS), including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 (QHSE) standards.
• Familiarity with international compliance and sustainability standards, including CTPAT, SMETA, FSC, and SVLK requirements.
• Willing to do an offline interview & placement in Krian, Sidoarjo East Java.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Company’s Compliance Management Program to ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor compliance risks and regulatory changes, providing recommendations and corrective actions.
• Manage corporate licenses and permits, including applications, renewals, amendments, and monitoring.
• Maintain licensing records and coordinate with government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with OSS and other regulatory requirements, managing documentation and licensing processes.
• Develop and update compliance policies, procedures, and SOPs; evaluate effectiveness for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate compliance audits and certification programs (FSC, SVLK, CTPAT, SMETA, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Prepare compliance reports and support audit readiness.
