Job summary

PT DyKa Konsultama is seeking an Overseas Compliance Specialist to establish strategic relationships with regulatory authorities and to assess and manage local compliance risks in Indonesia. You will review sensitive business documentation and lead incident resolution, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.

You will develop the organization's compliance framework, deliver training, and translate complex regulations into practical business solutions for cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law is required.
• Master’s Degree in Law is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in compliance management, corporate governance, legal practice, or related field.
• Fluent in English is mandatory.
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Valid legal practicing qualification / bar admission is preferred/required according to applicable regulations.
• Experience with multinational enterprises, international organizations, or international financial institutions is highly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CAMS, CFCS, CIPP/E, CIPM, or ICA International Compliance Diploma will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain effective communication and strategic relationships with local regulatory authorities, external legal counsel, industry associations, and key clients
• Identify, assess, and monitor local business compliance risks and develop comprehensive compliance risk maps and mitigation plans
• Review and provide compliance and legal assessments for contracts, partnership agreements, business plans, and other sensitive business documentation
• Lead the management and resolution of compliance incidents, ensuring appropriate follow-up and corrective actions
• Support and monitor the local representative office's compliance accountability framework and operational alignment
• Develop and conduct compliance training and awareness programs to strengthen a proactive compliance culture across local teams
• Provide practical and business-oriented recommendations by translating complex legal and regulatory requirements into actionable solutions
• Conduct legal and regulatory research and collaborate cross-functionally to address compliance-related matters
