Meratus Group is seeking a senior Commercial Manager to lead the annual commercialization and leasing of its land and property portfolio in Indonesia. You will conduct market analyses, set competitive pricing, and identify tenants and partners to maximize occupancy and income.

Collaboration with Legal, Finance, Tax, and Operations will ensure compliant, efficient monetization of assets. Requirements include a relevant bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in property

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in property commercialization, leasing, property investment, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of commercial property and lease management, rental pricing, asset utilization.
• Proven ability to identify tenants, negotiate terms, and develop long-term business relationships.
• Strong financial and analytical skills for business cases, revenue projections, and risk assessments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop annual commercialization strategies and business plans for the company's land and property portfolio.
• Conduct market research to establish competitive pricing strategies.
• Identify and develop opportunities by sourcing tenants and commercial partners.
• Manage end-to-end leasing process including proposals, negotiations, and approvals.
• Collaborate with internal units to optimize asset utilization.
• Monitor tenant relationships, lease renewals, and rental payments.
• Prepare feasibility studies and financial projections for monetization initiatives.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Tax, Operations to ensure compliance.
