Job summary

UOB is seeking a Wealth Banking Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with Wealth Banking clients in Samarinda. You will acquire NTB clients, expand the wealth portfolio, and drive fee income across investment, insurance, and wealth products.

The role requires strong communication, sales and relationship-management skills, plus English proficiency. WPPE and/or AAJI certifications are required; willingness to work across branches in the same city is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major is required.
• Strong communication, sales and relationship management skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• WPPE and/or AAJI certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing Wealth Banking Clients.
• Acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) clients and grow the wealth portfolio.
• Generate fee income through investment, insurance, and wealth management products.
• Achieve Annualized Premium Equivalent (APE) targets.
• Conduct KYC processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and manage PEP Clients per bank policies.
