Job summary

DANA is seeking a senior analytics professional to own the collection and recovery strategy across its lending products in Indonesia. You will optimize cost-to-collect, manage partner playbooks, and ensure compliance with UU PDP and conduct rules.

Responsibilities include leading analytics on roll rates, vintages, and recovery rates, while aligning collection targets with product economics and risk policy. This role collaborates with Risk Analytics & Portfolio and Legal & Compliance.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in collection strategy or analytics in consumer lending or digital banking.
• Strong SQL proficiency; Python or R for analytics; dashboarding experience.
• Experience managing third-party collection agencies with SLAs and costs.
• Knowledge of Indonesian collection conduct rules and UU PDP data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delinquency treatment across DANA lending products.
• Front-load strategy based on first-payment behaviour and pre-due treatment.
• Segment treatments by borrower type, score bands, product, tenor, and channel.
• Lead collection analytics on roll rates, 30/90/write-off, cure, and vintage losses.
• Maintain reporting cadences and dashboards across daily, weekly, monthly.
• Set partner SLAs, recovery targets, and cost caps per partner and product.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data privacy across the collection chain.
• Escalate underperformance with evidence and remediation plans.
