Job summary

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with CRM tools. You will work within a structured team environment at the Juanda Branch on a fixed-term contract basis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in collections or risk management, banking/financial services preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation ability.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with customers and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using collection and CRM tools.
• Independent and detail-oriented with teamwork capability.
• Familiarity with debt collection laws, regulations, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of direct contracts and collections, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding debts.
• Analyze customer data and credit profiles to develop tailored collection strategies.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements to maximize recovery rates.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and interactions.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Identify high-risk cases for further action, including legal proceedings.
• Monitor and report collection performance metrics to drive improvements.
