• Identify potential risks associated with collection activities or systems, prior to and after implementation.
• Measure potential portfolio risks to meet targets.
• Monitor collection processes to align performance with targets.
• Prepare and present accurate, integrated, timely reports to stakeholders.
• Process, manage, and store data to prevent leaks and mitigate fraud.
• Build, implement, and monitor systems related to collection activities.
