Sparks Sports Academy, part of SEVEN Retail Group, is looking for a Senior Coach to lead our coaching team in Makassar. You will mentor coaches, manage schedules, and ensure high coaching standards and safe operations.

You will drive performance, deliver exceptional experiences for students and parents, and contribute to center operations with a positive, growth-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in coaching, education, team leadership, or people management.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or supervising a team.
