Job summary

China Gezhouba Group Corporation is seeking a Civil Site Manager to oversee all civil construction activities at site, ensuring delivery in line with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements. The role requires 5+ years in civil construction, site management, and experience with power plants or large infrastructure projects.

Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and SKK/LPJK qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction projects.
Experience in site management or supervisory roles for power plants or large infrastructure.
Certification: SKK Construction (Civil) preferred; LPJK Konstruksi Level 9 preferred.
Knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

Oversee civil construction works to comply with drawings, specs and standards.
Lead QA/QC procedures and coordinate with QA/QC team.
Review inspection results, tests, and quality documentation.
Ensure works meet quality before handover and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, HSE for project execution.
Liaise with client, consultants, and stakeholders for inspections and approvals.
