Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong background and demonstrated experience in civil engineering project delivery.
• Experience in drainage, pavements, earthworks, and road design.
• Highly developed communication skills with project teams, clients, stakeholders, authorities, consultants and contractors.
• Proactive approach to professional development and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of diverse civil engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Produce designs, technical documentation, specifications, reports, and fee proposals to meet client and project requirements.
• Review engineering designs and documentation to ensure accuracy, quality and completeness.
• Stay informed of emerging technical developments and promote best-practice engineering approaches.
• Liaise with engineers, drafters and project stakeholders to facilitate successful project delivery.
