Job summary

PT Dharma Satya Nusantara Tbk is seeking a Financial Controller/Analyst to join our Jakarta team. The role focuses on variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability reviews across factories, business units, and locations.

You will consolidate data, monitor KPIs like gross margin and EBITDA, and support management presentations. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in finance, familiarity with SAP, PowerBI, and Tableau, and willingness to travel to plantations in Kalimantan.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
At least 3 years as Financial Controller/Analyst/Audit in palm oil sector.
Experience with SAP, PowerBI, Tableau a plus.
Public accounting/audit background is a plus.
Willing to travel to plantations in Kalimantan.

Responsibilities

Perform variance analysis between Actual, Budget and Forecast figures.
Monitor and analyze KPIs: Gross Margin, OPEX and EBITDA.
Support profitability analysis by factory, business unit, or location.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Consolidate and validate financial data from various departments.
Monitor budget utilization and identify significant variances.
Develop financial projections and scenario analyses.
Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Purchasing, and Accounting to ensure data accuracy.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement.
