ECCO, a global footwear company, is seeking a Finance Leader to head financial business partnering, budgeting, and governance in Sidoarjo.

You will provide strategic financial insights to the management team, lead a finance organization, oversee tax and treasury, and drive operational efficiency across the business.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a track record of delivering robust financial performance in a complex commercial environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Progressive experience in finance from operational to strategic leadership roles.
• Strong experience in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial business partnering.
• Strong leadership, communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of governance, financial controls, tax, and treasury.
• Willing to work on-site in Sidoarjo, East Java.

Responsabilidades

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, cost management, and P&L reporting.
• Drive management reporting, financial analysis, and business performance insights.
• Oversee tax, treasury, financial controls, risk management, and governance.
• Partner with senior management on strategic and commercial decision-making.
• Lead and develop the finance team while strengthening financial processes and controls.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
• Support strategic projects and other business initiatives.
