Job summary

Samudera Indonesia is seeking an experienced Building Engineering Manager to oversee the operation, safety, and reliability of MEP and building utility systems. You will develop and execute preventive maintenance plans and SOPs while ensuring compliance with safety codes and regulations.

You will lead and upskill the site engineering team, manage budgets, and drive energy efficiency programs across power, water, and HVAC usage. A strong background in MEP, HVAC, and budgeting is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, or Civil Engineering with relevant certifications such as K3 Umum, Genset or HVAC.
• Advanced technical expertise in MEP and HVAC troubleshooting and preventive maintenance planning.
• Strong reading of technical drawings and ability to prepare technical reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation, stability, and safety of MEP, HVAC, and building utility systems.
• Develop and execute maintenance schedules, SOPs, and standards ensuring safety and compliance.
• Lead and upskill the engineering site team; manage workloads and monitor equipment performance.
