Job summary

PT Colliers International Indonesia is seeking an experienced Building Manager to lead the complete operations of a major office building in Jakarta Selatan. You will oversee Engineering, Housekeeping, Security, Parking, Tenant Relations, and Facility Services, ensuring optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 10 years in building operations, with strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills to drive cost-efficient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in building operations and maintenance management.
• Proven experience as Building Manager or Facility Manager in commercial office buildings.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the office building including Engineering, Housekeeping, Security, Parking, Tenant Relations, and Facility Services.
• Ensure building systems (MEP, HVAC, Fire, ESS, BMS) operate efficiently.
• Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs.
• Develop and control operational and maintenance budgets for cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and HSE policies.
• Lead and develop operations teams to achieve high service standards.
• Prepare and present operational, technical, and financial reports to ownership and senior management.
