Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Indonesia is seeking a Deputy / Assistant Building Manager to support the Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the Jakarta office tower and retail components, ensuring safe, efficient, and seamless building operations in line with client expectations and regulations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Property Management, or related discipline, and at least three years in property or building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Property Management, or related discipline is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in property or building management, preferably in office towers or mixed-use developments.
• Strong understanding of building operations, facilities management, tenant relations, vendor management, maintenance coordination and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the office tower and retail components.
• Conduct regular inspections and site walk-arounds to monitor standards and identify risks.
• Coordinate with tenants, clients, vendors and service providers to resolve issues and maintain service quality.
• Prepare accurate weekly and monthly management reports for the client and drive continuous improvement.
