Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia seeks a strategic FAT Manager to oversee finance, accounting, taxation, and governance in Indonesia. You will manage accounting operations, tax compliance, budgeting, cash flow, and reporting, while ensuring regulatory adherence and audit readiness.

You will lead cross-border financial reporting and collaborate with regional HQ to optimize controls and drive governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Experience in mining, oil & gas, commodity trading, logistics, or capital-intensive industries preferred.
• Strong Indonesian taxation, corporate income tax, withholding tax, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing external audits, tax audits, and cross-functional finance operations.
• Mandarin Chinese and English language proficiency required for regional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance, accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee tax planning, tax reporting, tax compliance, and coordination of external audits.
• Supervise AR, AP, banking, cash flow, and cost-control initiatives for healthy performance.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, monthly reports, variance analysis, and strategic recommendations.
• Ensure timely statutory financial statements and management reporting per local and corporate standards.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities on financial matters.
• Maintain strong internal controls and continuously improve governance frameworks and processes.
• Collaborate with regional and international HQ for cross-border reporting and budgeting.
• Support business decision-making with financial analysis, risk assessment, and performance monitoring.
