Job summary

PZ Cussons Indonesia seeks a Senior Brand Manager for Personal Care to lead brand strategy, drive growth, and manage portfolios. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products, optimise distribution, and execute impactful campaigns across traditional and digital channels.

You will own planning, activation, and budget management, ensuring strong consumer engagement while achieving financial targets for the Personal Care brands in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Extensive FMCG marketing experience across general and modern trade environments.
• End-to-end marketing expertise from strategy to execution.
• Strong analytical capability to turn data into insights.
• Experience with P&L ownership and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing brand team and shape strategic development of Personal Care brands.
• Develop medium- and long-term plans for growth, product innovation and portfolio expansion.
• Collaborate with commercial, supply chain and finance to optimise delivery and promotions.
• Partner with external agencies to develop brand campaigns and activations; update brand guidelines.
• Own brand P&L, drive top-line and bottom-line targets in line with budgets.
